Initially after my service, I called with some questions, and my calls were not returned. I then sent in an email, and was contacted about my concerns. Based on my questions, they came back and redid the areas that I had concern about. Once they found out that I wasn't getting my calls retiurned, they acted quickly to make sure I was taken care of. That is great customer service.

The carpet dries quickly because it isn't saturated with water and it feels good under your feet. The men arrive when they say they will and they call just before coming.
