My white berber carpet was a battleground of dirt, grime, & pet stains. I surfed the web & was impressed by the Zerorez professional beautiful website and also the fact that it is a "green" company. I have two Chinese Shar Peis who are plagued with allergies so I did not want chemicals in my home. I called Zerorez was assisted by "Amy/Annie" who was friendly, amicable, and easy to work with. Felt like I was talking to my best friend. I was super excited that there was an immediate Saturday opening and that the price was something I could work with. Devin arrived on time and was glorious to work with. He allowed me to walk him through the areas to be cleaned and listened closely to what I needed done. He was very honest with me in saying that some of the pet stains might be difficult but that he would do his best. (He was also pretty cute, so that was a plus). Anyway, 45 minutes later he had me look at his handiwork and I was BLOWN AWAY. My carpeting literally looked BRAND NEW. I almost started crying. I am a single gal without a lot of resources & also a neat freak, so these stains had been really bothering me for a long time. Very depressing to look at day in and day out. But POOF magically they were all gone, and I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE. I waited until today to submit feedback, as people warned me, "Oh they'll come back, believe me, those stains will return." But as of Monday, the carpet is still as fresh as when Devin left and NO stains have returned. Devin also told me about additional services offered by Zerorez for future reference. It made my ENTIRE day, and my ENTIRE weekend to have my carpeting totally restored, chemical free, and at an excellent price!!!! I posted pix of it on Facebook and already referred a couple of friends who were also extremely impressed with the results!! Will most definitely sing Zerorez's praises to whomever I can pin down for all of time. Thank you SO much. Oh and if Devin is single, give him my digits. Haha!! :)

I like how Zerorez cleans and smells like orange peel. I like also how the treatment doesn't harm children and pets. We feel it is a safe and natural way of cleaning our carpets. It doesn't leave any crunchy resido. The young man who came and cleaned my sister's carpets did a great job. He was very pleasant and knew what he was doing. He was very careful about going around furniture. I would give him a two thumbs up.. We have always recommended Zerorez to all our friends and family. Once some stains get down into the pad it doesn't matter what cleaning is done it will always resurface. No one and/or no carpet cleaning company can do anything about it. No chemicals very important. Spot remover works great on some spots but a stain on the carpet could not be removed. The stain was not identified .
