Please be better about working with the customer to set up the time of cleaning. I had to cancel plans because they told me I could only have them come between 11 and 1 pm. It would have been much better if I could have gotten the carpets cleaned in the afternoon. The cleaning job is excellent and the carpet looks great but not being able to pick the morning or afternoon slot is a big inconvenience.

The actual cleaning was far beyond expectations given the condition of two of our bedroom carpets. We were thinking of replacing both, but decided to see what would happen with Zerorez.
