Although I've been quite happy with the services for carpet cleaning, this time I did NOT detect a lemon or citrus scent as last time. That was the only thing I was disappointed about. I didn't care for whatever I did smell but it wasn't overbearing (I cant put my finger on describing it). Thanks.

there were two men who came to do my floors. both of whom did a fantastic job letting me know exactly what they were planning on doing and the costs. They did not push any extra products but in fact did my small spare room for free. My carpets look amazing, even down to eliminating pet stains and odors. I am very pleased.

I liked that there are no harsh chemicals or soaps. I was very impressed with your company's cleaning process. I asked a few questions about it and the tech was very informative. I was also amazed at how fast the carpets dried. I was going to wait to do my upper level which consists of 3 rooms and a small hallway for at least 3-4 months, but with how impressed I am, I may schedule the upper level cleaning in the month of June. :)

The service provided was very fast. There was no noticeable odor. All stains but one were removed; they even got out a rust stain. The men were courteous, respectful, and friendly.
