areas of concern on the carpet, as well as asking during and after if I was satisfied with the outcome.

I love that products aren't added to my carpets. In the past I have used other cleaning companies and you could feel the sticky residue left behind. It only makes sense that dirt would stick!

The guys that came to my house were very professional and helpful. They explained exactly what products they were using and exactly what they were doing. I was amazed at how good my house smelled after they left as well as how great the carpet looked. I have let multiple friends know how impressed I was. Zerorez will definitely be used again!!
