Our technician, Cody, was professional and friendly. He gave us all the information we needed to decide on the best treatment for our carpets. He called 30 minutes prior to heading to our home to allow us to be prepared for his arrival. No smell and our carpets look great.

The technician took the time to get it truly clean. Although, I do think the price is a little high and I would tell others that when I recommend zerorez. But that's the best cleaning in the 10 years of cleaning my carpet, so I guess it is worth it?

The hot water that's gets deep into the carpet, drys quick and smells great.
