My carpets are clean and soft! And they smell wonderful. I need to set up another cleaning for the two rooms I didn't get cleaned. Also, the Zerorez Tech called me 40 minutes before his arrival so I didn't have to leave work for more time than I needed, and he explained the cleaning process, and he wore booties the entire time in my house, and he also gave me booties to wear for while it was drying. And the grout looks great...I will have it done every year to protect my tile.

Very thorough cleaning. The person that came to clean my carpets spent 2x as long as past companies I have used. The machine also seemed to have a ton of sucking power. The carpet is pulled up with every pass that is made. I will never call another company again.
