Gave me advice on some tiles that might need to be re-grouted or cleaned. Repositioned our area rug and took away all of the packing materials, etc.

Your salesman David was very flexible and honest with me. I was going to have the stairs and the LR/DR done. I woke up that morning and realized that with a new knee, I might slip going down the stairs when they were still wet. David said that the minimum of $75 would clean the DR/LR. He also suggested a bottle of stain remover and carpet protection. I bought it all. David is a great asset to your company.
