Cody Kiefer did an excellent job. He prepped the carpet well, protected my woodwork with corner guards, and put a door "shield" in to keep out the cold. I will request him next time.

My phone calls were taken right away, a serviceman was dispatched within two days at a time that worked well for us. He called to say he was 15 min out, and arrived promptly. He knew his job well, cleaned carpets, was gone in 90 minutes, and successfully left us with clean carpets and no pet urine smell reeking for the next 30 days. So grateful!

This was our first experience with Zerorez, and we are very happy with the results of how clean our carpet is now. It is true that there is no sticky residue. The Zerorez representative who cleaned our carpet was very friendly, customer service oriented, and explained every step of the process to us. I give the experience an 11 out of a 10!
Great job! I was really impressed with product after seeing the resultsi. I knew it wasn’t suppose to leave a residue, but didn’t know how all that actually happened. He was very knowledgeable and explained he really well. He was very professionable and left not only my carpets looking great, but there was no mess left behind.
