Zerorez was able to schedule my appointment the next day. This worked out great. They were on time and did a thorough job removing pet stains and making my carpet look like new.

That you don't use soap.

I had my carpet cleaned and it looks so much better. The soil in the heavily trafficked areas was so prominent before the cleaning and it is barely visible now. This 14-year old carpet looks like it may last for a few more years after all. The carpet feels clean since there is no residue and the smell is refreshing. Thanks for a job well done.

We installed a high quality Gulistan carpet in June 1998. I have steam cleaned our master bedroom maybe 10 times since then. Haven't cleaned it other than vacuuming in several years.

When our Zerorez guy was finished, the carpet looked and felt like new. It was fluffier and softer underfoot, and looked great!

I am sure part of the reason is the quality of the carpet, but Zerorez definitely did a better job.

Also, the carpet felt wet when he was finished. At my request, he went back over the carpet with the wand to extract more moisture. Afterward, I place several box fans in the rooms and it was dry in several hours.

Thankfully, I still like the color....doesn't look like I will need to replace it any time soon.
