It’s a bit early since my service was on Saturday but, so far the carpet looks clean and renewed; the house smells incredibly fresh!! I asked to see the water tank after the cleaning 🤮 and I’m so glad we had this done!!

Robbie is a most excellent employee! He called and arrived early. This is a new house for us, he patiently waited as I fought with the door locks and even googled how to open it. Turns out I was using the wrong key. Duh!?!? He explained every step of the process and is definitely very knowledgeable when it comes to Zerorez products. carpet stays cleaner longer

After many years or trying to clean on my own. It was wonderful to have a company come in and deep clean the carpets and make the house not smell like an old home. The dust has subsided and the carpet isn't stiff with reside.

We had our carpet "cleaned" in October by another company and I was told that the dirt was so ground in that they could not get it cleaned.
