I was amazed how all the stains came out. They explained everything very thorough thoughtful and fantastic.
We had our carpet and vents cleaned. Both techs did a good job and could answer any questions we had. We wish we would have waited until spring to have the vents done. We did it on the coldest day of the year and had to put on our coats!!

The technician who came to our house was prompt and explained the process well. Precautions were taken near our wood floors and corners in the house where equipment would travel. Everything was cleaned up when the tech left.
Also, I have not had carpeting in my home for a very long time, but I remember well the crunchy feeling after carpet cleanings. Did not have that with Zerorez.
