The Tech showed up right on time, was very polite. Asked what our needs were and adjusted his plan accordingly. Paid great attention to troubled spots and left the carpet looking brand new and smelled great.

Very pleased with the prompt and thorough job JT did cleaning our dryer duct on Saturday morning. He called 10 minutes before arrival to say he was on his way. When he pulled out the dryer he gave me time to clean the floor underneath that never gets cleaned.

Spot remover is awesome! When I have my carpets clean they look great and they dry quickly! Here in Des Moines, the customer service is off the charts. I had an emergency! I had a dog get sick right before we were supposed to show our house. (Selling our home) They were able to get me in the same day and were very kind!
