We had a great experience! Our technician was so friendly and explained what how the process would work and what he was doing as he was doing it. He always asked if he needed to move items and everything was left where it was found and in the same condition. He explained what we needed to do after the duct cleaning to keep our air feeling fresh and how often maintenance should happen. We are extremely happy with the service and the final product. Thanks!

Our 15 year old carpet had become dirty with very noticeable traffic patterns as well as numerous stains in multiple rooms. We assumed it would have to be replaced due to its poor condition. A friend suggested to reach out to Zerorez and consult them first. Although, we assumed they wouldn't be able to save it, we had them come out. We are beyond pleased with the work performed and Augie our service technician. Augie was one of the best overall service professionals we have worked with. He was prompt, friendly, professional, hard working, helpful, and skilled at his trade.
