The carpet dried much quicker than expected, is soft to the touch and looks like new.

After 24 years of neglect, my brother's light carpet was in serious need of help. Blood, rust, and graphite stains... I just hoped for an improvement but didn't expect the miracle that happened! Robbie was friendly and helpful and worked so hard... I was totally impressed with his commitment to restoring the carpet and he did a beautiful job! With the exception of where the padding had compressed, the carpet looks as nice as it did when my brother first moved in.

The stain removers used and the empowered water left the everything looking and smelling fresh and clean. I couldn't be happier! You can be sure that I'll be using your services on my own carpet to keep it looking its best. I'll be recommending Zerorez every chance I get! Thank you!!!

Clean carpet, no damage to corners.
Technician called me when finished, and pulled trash can back into garage for me (saved me a trip over to rental). So extra effort!

Second time I've had Zerorez clean my carpets and they did a great job once again! I forgot to request to clean under my furniture, but the service guy saw I had furniture sliders under them and moved them to clean under them anyway. Love how nice my carpet feels, it's not crunchy or weird feeling. It practically feels like new!

JT was great. I very much appreciated his diligence, care, and time he put into cleaning out our ducts. I also appreciated that he made clear what would happen next, how I'd pay, and then best practices after he was done. Great employee!

We had two couches cleaned with Zerorez and they look almost new! Colt, the tech that did the job was knowledgable, polite, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. We would use Zerorez again as needed.
