My technician was excellent. He did a very nice job was on time and very friendly.
However, one thing I really don’t like is when you’re checking out, the option of adding a tip?? you know everybody has a job and gets paid to do that job and I feel uncomfortable with always being asked to tip.
My technician did not ask for a tip. It’s just pointed out during the checkout process.
