Very pleased with the cleaning results. I contacted them for a pet issue and Cecil showed up as scheduled and we proceeded to do a walk through. I pointed out issues with the carpet and certain spots that needed extra attention. My major concerned was the landing in the stairway which was saturated with Cat urine. Cecil is fantastic, because of his 7 years' experience in carpet industry he was so knowledgeable and honest about the cleaning product ability or limitation. Cecil did an above average amazing cleaning job on the stairway landing and the rest of the carpet, and I will use Zerorez in the future. The products and the service worked great but having an employee like Cecil who has a history of using the products under many different circumstances with his professional honesty and genuine approach to conquer a task is the reason I will be using Zerorez in the future. The employee that embraces their job is the real product of a company and Cecil deserves extra recognition and a bonus.

Alex did a great job yesterday 5/21. Answered questions I had about stains, and helped me figure out what had caused a stain that I had just discovered. Alex was friendly and professional. I always use Zerores for the safety of my pets and the quick drying. My carpets were cleaned between 9-10am and dry by 6pm.
