It's totally one-stop shopping for all my house-care needs...love having the mattresses cleaned since they get used so much for so many years - Lord only knows what was in there. And the airducts, tile, grout and kitchen counter sealing was fantastic - all the things that need to be done but you just don't get around to or have the tools to do properly. But more than the products is the customer service - I have had 2 different groups out to my house, and they were both AMAZING. I left them there alone, and they quickly cleaned and secured the house for me before I left. Ryan, who was at my home last week to clean dryer vents, went above and beyond the call of duty...I had renters in my home for 2 years, and after they left it was a mess - speifically under the dryer. When I got home the dryer was, at my request, still moved out from the wall. But instead of the disgusting mess that was there when I walked out the door, I came home to a completely SPOTLESS floor and wall. I mean it looked like new!!!! Who does that?! LOVE THEM!!!

Raymond and his helper were prompt and courteous, did a great job, explained everything thoroughly. It dried quickly with no left over stiffness.

I felt like we got good service from you and that you were willing to really help take care of the issues we had by coming back a second time. I'd also like the people who came out here to know that we realize we still have pet odor (urine) issues in a couple of our rooms but that we know now the urine must have gotten into the pad and subflooring. I think the carpet looked cleaner than I've seen in in years. I've used A-1 Carpet Cleaniing in past & last year wasn't very impressed. This company CLEANED my carpet. Good job.
