I specifically appreciated that he installed corner protectors and hardwood floor protection mats before starting. He completed his work and cleaned up proficiently.

I’ve had Zerorez clean my carpets for many years. My experience varies on the technician that cleans my carpets. Alex did an excellent job. He was professional and thorough and the results are great. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, I’d give Alex and 11.

Technician was prompt in arriving at the appointment. He did a thorough job of cleaning my carpet. The job was completed within a one and a half hours. The carpet is now very clean. And I like the fact that there is no chemical residue left from the cleaning process.

Easy to schedule, pricing is usually reasonable.

We had a great cleaning with Billy and Lee. They were very professional and helpful. Right before they arrived, our dog had an accident, and after they left, we realized the pet stain was still obvious. This was the only discouraging aspect of our cleaning.
