Zero Rez kept me informed about arrival time and any delays. They did an efficient job with minimum disruption. The technician was polite, nice, and professional. There was a problem with a blood stain and dark spots in front of the sofa still showing up when the carpet dried. The company sent out the technician (Ray ) the next day who used some extra stain remover and an extractor to get them clean at no charge. I do appreciate that there was no charge to do this. I am disappointed that it’s now company policy not to move the small furniture. I’ve been using Zero Rez for many years and will continue to do so.

We were able to easily and quickly schedule. The technicians were efficient, courteous, and clear about services offered and accompanied costs. This is the fourth time we have used Zerorez, but the first time in Colorado. It is nice to have same excellent service. Our carpet in our new (to us) house had many stains and thanks to Zerorez is now stain free and looks and feels like a new carpet.
