Excellent technician and thorough cleaning.

The technician, Bill, was professional, friendly, efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Before the day of our service was over, we already had recommended Zerorez, and have done so again, since. We'll be exploring having our furnace/air ducts cleaned by Zerorez, as well.

Did a great job cleaning an area with cat urine. The nasty odor is gone! Carpet and area rug look great. Clearly explained all options for protection, etc. I will use them again and recommend them for any type of carpet cleaning.
