I like that you only use water and not chemicals on my carpets. I didn’t like that you gave me a 4 hour window that you were supposed to come to my house. When the time window was over, I had to call to see when the technician might show up. It would have been nice to get a call saying they were running late, so I could get some errands done, instead of just staying home waiting

I was very happy with Ron. He arrived on time, put on his foot covers and put down a piece of cloth so he wouldn’t scratch the wood floor. He told me what he was going to do. When finished he told me how long it would take to dry. The carpet is old but it really looks nice now. I appreciate what he did.

Dan was here on time. He was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning and very professional. He went to work and finished the job quickly. There were a couple of stains that were not removed and he suggested a way to fix this problem. I have used Zerorez before and I will use them again.
