Alec was super nice and did a great job
Get all the stains out and the carpets clean and reliable and professional.
Alec was amazing. He was thorough in his initial walk thru, explained everything to me, ensured he would let me know if there was going to be additional charges for treatments. Alec was extremely knowledgable, and efficient. I was impressed by Alec's desire to provide top level service. So I don't know if zerorez should get the credit for a score of 10 or just Alec.
THE TECH WAS THE BEST. HE WENT ABOUT HIS BUSINESS & WAS DONE IN A FLASH.
