People are friendly and professional. Phone service, however, has become difficult - often times: when you finally get a real person, they frequently dont know the answer to a question and have to put you on hold again. Calls have become a longer than necessary process.

I love that your products are natural

We have had our carpets cleaned a couple of times by Zerorez and they have done a great job each time. We had pet stains that they removed and the carpets look great. We liked the added scrub brush treatment it helped a lot. They get the job done in a timely manner and the people doing the work have always been very nice.

Your Tech, Gabriel, made the rug-cleaning experience easy and a pleasure.
Gabriel was attentive to my suggestions("Please go over this area again"), courteous, neat and thoroughly customer-accommodating. Most of all, he was truly professional in his endeavors.
One post-experience note, however... having used you before, I was previously alerted to 1) stay off the carpet for 24 hours to allow it to dry; and 2) use the vacuum cleaner thereafter to tamp down the carpet fibers.
This afternoon, using the vacuum, found that the carpet was still wet in spots, resisting the "cleaning" procedure.
Shall give the drying process another day and see what happens.

The technician who came to our house was very polite and friendly and very efficient in cleaning the areas of carpet requested. He arrived within the 2 hour window I had been given and was careful to keep the rest of the house clean and undisturbed.
