The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and pleasant to speak with. After explaining our situation she was able to get some one out in two day! But what’s more, the man who cleaned our carpets was spectacular. He was kind, professional and engaged with the people in our house well. Then when I asked him to take a second pass over the stairs, he did so with out even grumbling even though is was already close to five. Wonderful experience.
