I was at work when he showed up, when he was done my wife called to tell me "we had a new carpet". That's what it looked like, I couldn't have been more pleased.

The team of 2 men that worked with us was excellent!! They took the time to answer every question and concern regarding our carpets and were very attentive to every detail as they cleaned our carpets. We liked the fans they used to begin the drying process - That was something we'd never had carpet cleaners provide before and it helped get the carpets dry sooner,as we were preparing for a party on the following night. It was necessary that the carpets be 100% dry and they were. We would like to request this team for our future cleanings with Zerorez, if possible.

Thorough inspection before doing work, explanation of recommendations (prior homeowners had dog, which had many, many "accidents" on carpet.) There were no high pressure sales tactics. Cleaning was performed quickly, but very thoroughly. Technitions were professional, but pleasant and friendly. I would use Zerorez again.
