Carpets were pretty wet after the cleaning. We cleaned on Friday afternoon. By Monday morning carpets were dry and looked cleaner than after cleaning by other companies.

I have nothing to compare your products with, as far as the service goes, I feel like the guys go too fast. I don't see how a good job can be done when they fly over the rug. I also think they are a little careless when they are in such a hurry. Slamming doors, etc.

great service and friendly people

Our technician was awesome, and very respectful. He gave me a detailed explaination of what makes ZeroRez different than conventional truck mounted units. I couldn't beleive how much better the carpets looked. Best of all, they were SOFT, not stiff like after most cleanings make them. I couldn't beleive everything was completely dry in about 2-4 hours!
