The carpet is soft after drying, no "crunch" from soap, the BEST at removing stains that stay away longer, no fragrances or smells, polite service - I REFER ALL OF MY CLIENTS TO ZEROREZ as well as family, friends, neighbors and agents in our office!

Pre-treatment worked well on heavily soiled spots. Dry time was minimal. Tech's were friendly, courteous and quick. But not so quick they missed anything. Once suggestion though --- fix the spelling and grammer errors on your website!!

Toby was very professional. AND the product works! The carpets are clean, was not a lot of water just a super experience.

The gentleman who came to my house to clean my carpets was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions intellegently and to my satisfaction. My carpets look great and if the dog urine stains do not reappear you will have a customer for life. (the dog is no longer allowed in the living/dining area).

You followed up and made sure that we were happy! Thank you for hearing my "tiny whine" about a few spots on the stairs, and sending your man right over to take care of it. Our carpets are clean, our complicated remodel is finished and we are loving our "new" carpets in our "new" guest quarters. Thank you Thank you.
