The carpet came out great.

My carpet is mushroom in color which is on the light side. I have 6 grandkids so it has had lots of spills and tracking in. I am not sure what products were all used, but my carpet looks just about brand new. It dried much quicker then other carpet cleaning services I have had in the past as well. I was impressed and Bert did a great job!

I like the idea of "empowered water" or whatever you call it with less sudsy cleaners used. (Of course, I have no idea if it really turns out better than other carpet cleaners or not??)

Low odors and residues.

The service was phenomeniall. The time taken to really observe the needs for my carpet and explaining in debth how important it was to clean it properly was over-the-top. Stains came up that I wasn't sure would. The technician was so nice. The carpet feels great. It feels clean and it is clean, not masked or that feeling from the leftover soap from other carpet cleaning services used in the past. Thanks Zerorez for being there.
