Andrew explained what he was doing and the technique with the your water. We walked and did the spots and we had a dog that had a tumor or something wrong in his nose and the dog would start sneezing and would bleed out so we had some serious problems for floor cleaners. Everything looked great and the carpet looked like new. We literally had blood stains in 3 rooms and some were big spots that looked like a crime sceen. We had to take so much to the cleaners like the bed spreads. We were watching someones dog and they had the same problem yesterday and are taking the dog to CSU vet clinic tomorrow. Hopefully that will be a happy ending and he will get his probelm taken care of.

I loved that in high traffic areas, the techs were concerned and concentrated in those areas. They were truthful about it being worn from traffic use and not necessarily dirty. We saw that they worked hard. The carpets look fabulous!! Thank you!
