When the process of cleaning our carpets was over I was very pleased the next day. The individual who cleaned our carpets was a great representative for your company.
Our window was from 10:00 to 1:00. Tony called 30 minutes before arriving and was here by 11:00. He explained everything very well about zerorez and their process. He also told me about the different kinds of carpet and their good and not so good points and the reason for routine vacuuming. He was very polite, knowledgeable and careful and very thorough in the cleaning and protecting processes. I do like the idea of not using soap so dirt isn't attracted back to the carpet. This was my first time using zerorez so I'm anxious to see how my carpet looks in a few months.
I like that there is no residue, it is safe for both my pet and grandchild, and my carpets will stay cleaner longer. The technicians were quick and thorough and the product removed the pet odors as advertised.
I liked the way the associate who did my work, explained the whole process thoroughly, and had answers to all my questions right away (like "how long will it take to dry?"), and had the little booties to wear, etc. It seems as though you had thought of everything that might come up. He even mentioned that your company has a process for cleaning my garage floor (since he noticed it was dirty!).
