Even though the first appointment was very expensive because of cat urine treatment, the oder is gone! It has saved replacing my carpet and adding a few years to its life. The special services used to remove a biological stain and odor was very effective. Rolando was very helpful, kind and professional.

Initially, the price quoted to me was not going to be honored. I only have one area that has carpet-250 sq ft- (my stairs and small landing, also). Then I have several synthetic rugs on top of the carpeted area. I was quoted $115 (daily special) for my 2 areas and stair area. When the technician arrived he said the area rugs would have to be treated differently and more expensively. That the pricing quoted would affect him financially. He made a call to make sure he would be paid accordingly, my quote was honored, and then he proceeded with the cleaning. After that, the technicians went right to work and the end product was quite amazing!!

It works! With several dogs, including an elderly one with "problems" this was a challenge. The technicians were very knowledgeable, efficient and timely in their cleaning. When they were done the carpet was not only clean, but they very dry, compared to other companies we have use. We will definitely schedule again, and would be interested in a maintenance plan, where we could be scheduled on a periodic basis to deal with our problem challenges.
