My 23 year old carpet looked somewhat better after my Zerorez cleaning, but many spots and stains remained. I was very disappointed. No residue, great spot removal

When the spots came back in places, you were right there to correct the problem. Admittedly, with my very light carpets, it wasn't always easy to see the spots, depending on the light. Regardless, this time I pointed them out and it looks so much better. Thank you.

Russ and DeWayne did a professional job cleaning our carpets, tile and granite. They were thorough with their cleaning and were careful moving furniture to ensure as much as the carpet as possible was cleaned. Afterwards, the entire house smells clean and fresh. I will definitely use the Zerorez service again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Price and duration carpet stays clean.

We had a couple of problem areas that didn't come clean the first time Zerorez came out. Toby came out with a special brush and was able to make the trouble spots go away. We will, with out a doubt, use Zerorez in the future

Rolando was organized and Prof. to deal with. He said the carpet would surface dry in 4 hrs. and totaly dry in 24 hrs and he was right.the rug is clean and looks great. Thank you for asking.
