Both times we've had our carpets cleaned by your company, however, we have had quite a bit of stretching/buckling of the carpet...more this second time. The evening after it was cleaned the buckling looked even worse than right after (when we did the walk through). There is still a little....but we are wondering if it will get worse every time we get it cleaned. That's the only concern we have. Otherwise, they look great and we're ready for the holidays!!

I have pets and kids and my carpets looked terrible. The Zerorez technician thoroughly and carefully analyzed the stains in my carpet, explained the issues, proposed the proper treatment, worked to meet my needs within my budget, answered all my questions, worked thoroughly and diligently, and encouraged me to carefully examine the areas he had already cleaned and point out any concerns I had. He continue working on every area until I was satisfied. I didn't think my carpet would ever look this good again. Other times when I have had my carpet cleaned the stains have quickly reappeared. I am hopeful that with Zerorez's process my carpets will look nice for much longer.
