I have nothing to compare your products with, as far as the service goes, I feel like the guys go too fast. I don't see how a good job can be done when they fly over the rug. I also think they are a little careless when they are in such a hurry. Slamming doors, etc.

Our technician was awesome, and very respectful. He gave me a detailed explaination of what makes ZeroRez different than conventional truck mounted units. I couldn't beleive how much better the carpets looked. Best of all, they were SOFT, not stiff like after most cleanings make them. I couldn't beleive everything was completely dry in about 2-4 hours!

Water, no residue soap, Jason was great except for one small matter. I had a small stain by the fire place in the family room that I forgot to tell Jason about. However, I thought he would have seen the stain and pre-treat the stain. Jason did not pretreat the stain and it's still there.

Toby did an exceptionally good job and in a very reasonable amount of time. It's only been 3 days since he cleaned our carpets, but they look amazing. And he seems to have been successful in getting rid of the pet smell (which was really, really bad).
