The "green" aspect of cleaning my carpets - no residue. The team was able to communicate earlier availability which worked out great with my schedule. Additionally given the size/area to be cleaned the technician was able to take my specific situation into consideration and work with me on fair and reasonable pricing. I plan on using Zerores again.

I don't know enough about your products, however, the technician did a terrific job and my carpets are cleaner than I expected. There is one area, in my bedroom I think you need to come back and redo-pet problem, two stains are coming back and the room smells like "chemicals" The technician was polite, efficient, helpful

Carpets are very clean and soft. Very good staff. Toby was absolutely great and really knew what he was doing. I have several oriental carpets and he offered advice on having them professionally cleaned. I will have ZeroRez clean them soon!

I love that the guy who came to my house lifted stains out that seemed impossible.

Our carpets look great! I like the in-depth consultation up front, the discussion during and seeing the area that was cleaned, vs the area not and at the end when they showed me how the protectant works. I am extremely please and happy!!

No chemicals, guys who came were very professional, thorough and accommodating, prices were discussed before work was completed.
