I liked the look and feel of the carpet after it was cleaned.

First, I loved the service. They were extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly. Second, I'm amazed that the juice stains have actually come out of the carpet and we no longer see them. We've tried several different carpet cleaning companies over the years but never had we had success like this. Third, and equally as important, you are a green company and use a non-toxic process - love that.

The workmanship is always good and I feel the workers know what they are doing plus a fair price. Everything went well yesterday and the carpet was beautiful, but the huge hose that went in and out the front door pulled our outer door loose and it is not in good shape although it still closes. I wanted you to know so if it can't be fixed by us, what is your policy on damages? We have used your services for most of the 50 years we have lived here and will continue to call on you.

Dries fast an isn't crunchy

No crunchy carpets. The scheduler worked with our schedule.

I like the fact that the stains came out of our carpets. We have white carpeting and it really makes a difference. We also had a couch cleaned that had been in storage, and it looks new again. The technician Michael or "Mike" was very helpful in explaining the procedure; and then also showing me what he was able to get off the couch as far as dirt.
He is a great emmisary/employee for your company. He did his job and cleaned everything up afterwards, leaving the areas he had to clean looking great. I would recommend your services to anyone.

HI - Please pass this message on to Jason. He came out to our house on Friday Oct 26th to treat a tough stain. Let him know that it seems that the treatment and the saran wrap covering for a few hours did effect the stain- in a positive way. It is not totally gone but it looks better to me.

I loved the results of the initial cleaning and the follow up to get out this weird stain.

I love the fact there are no chemicals in your cleaning process! My carpet is clean and soft and looks brand new! There is no smell, chemically or perfumey.
