I loved the idea of no shapoo, as I think those cleaners are bad for the carpet.
My technician, Raymond, could not have been nicer, or more knowledgeable, or more professional. I did have one heavily trafficked area that still has a few spots.

Tech was very professional and polite. They did exactly what they said they would do and the tech had no problem in going over certain requested areas of concern and ultimately removing stains thoroughly. House smells great and carpets are very clean! Great experience!

Your service people over the last 3-4 years have all been helpful, knowledgeable and willing to listen to and do what was requested. I pointed out some spots that should be especially concentrated on and they were. One year we requested that he come back for a second time to treat a certain spot again and it was done timely and courteously. The fact that you don't use harsh chemicals is a huge issue for us.
