There is no 'crunch' in the carpet after cleaning. The pile is fluffed up, fresh and clean. Aaron, the technician, was prompt, friendly and efficient. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions. I'm very happy because my old, worn and dirty carpet has new life!

My carpet is not soaked as it is with other cleaners. They do a great job of getting all the spots out and am very pleased with their work and have had them for our house in the mountains as well as Denver.

Your products do really work. They made my white carpets look new again. All the stains I was worried about Zerorez had some product to get it out and it really did work. Your appointment setting was great. You were here when you said you'd be. The prices were very good. I would only use Zerorez.

I liked that my carpets felt soft after cleaning and they came out cleaner than any other service I've used in the past.

I am very pleased with the outcome of our carpet cleaning. It looked brand new and I had some pet stains that were eliminated. I am hopeful they will maintain the new look for longer then they have in past from other cleaners.
