Amazing job, great extraction

The carpets were cleaned to their original color! Stains came out, no extra water residue or lingering smell. Ricky was very good.

The service in Oct was good. We reuse Zerorez. The only problem this time was that fluid from the cleaning dripped on the transom and bricks in our entry and on the brick walk outside leaving dribble spots and a discoloration where the liquid spilled. This has not happened before.

I liked the quality of work most of all. Rolando was on time and very cordial.

could have suggested we move the fainting sofa so we could get under it. Totally spaced it as we concentrated on the big sectional sofa. But other than that I am pleased with the overall job.
