The carpet cleaning is excellent. Zerorez is always able to get the stains out of the carpets. My carpets always look new when Zerorez is finished cleaning them.
The technicians always call when they are on the way, and usually arrive a few minutes early. They are all always polite, respectful, and pleasant to do business with. I don't think of calling anyone but Zerorez for carpet cleaning.

I liked the friendly, professional technician Rolando who performed the work. He explained what he was doing and was very efficient. I liked the quick drying of the carpet and the lack of chemicals and odor. I LOVE how clean my carpet is!

Very Polite & Professional service, Went above & beyond, I just got a brand new home but yet during the install a company decided to cut my Harwood flooring in the middle on my living room, needless to say sawdust was everywhere as well as drywall dust, so figured it was a good time to get it all cleaned well still empty, I figured it would just be rushed through I could not be more wrong, everything was addressed & no steps was rushed. Attention to detail was a high priority I cannot praise this company enough nor can I praise Vance enough for doing such an outstanding job, I will use them again & so will my family & friends guaranteed I highly recommend you give them a try, you will be blown away, nobody has this type or service anymore.. No crusty soaps or chemicals

Friendliness of the technicians. Willingness to answer questions. Very thorough and professional. They dress well even though the work might only require a pair of jeans and t shirt.

I have used Zerorez for years both in my home and at my childcare center knowing that little children would be crawling on the carpet. Both of the men who did the work were very professional, knew their product and were extremely considerate.

I would give them the highest rating if I were asked.
