On time. Did an excellent job of cleaning. Loved the non-crunchy feeling when it dried. It took less than 8 hrs. to dry. The employees were nice and very professional. The only drawback was that the cost was very expensive when you include pretreat and stain protection (almost $600 for 3 rooms, hallway, stairs w/ landing, bio topical treatment, protectant, and water transport/transportation fee.

The service is easy to schedule (or re-schedule), doesn't smell or leave the carpet full of chemicals and everyone is always polite.
This time, it was a quick cleaning of one room - the carpet was new but our puppy had a very little "excitement" accident in the room. We looked with the black light and it was drops. So the job took less than 1 hr walking in the door to walking out but when going over the final bill and last minute suggestions, he kept hanging around and it took me a bit to realize he wanted a tip. I have tipped generously prior for another house due to the amount of work and pet problems. But this was easy and less than an hour and made me really uncomfortable. I had a $20 on my that I gave him but, for the first time with your company, felt it was expected.
