Products did a great job of getting the soil and odor out of my basement carpet, which was heavily soiled by my cat over the last several months. I also got scheduled very quickly for my appointment, and the technician arrived right when she was scheduled to arrive.

Mike R. worked very hard at getting a chair, stairs and a section of my carpet clean. The stairs look better than any other time they have been cleaned. Hooray! Not so happy that it took about 36+ hours for certain areas of the carpet to dry. I will use the service again, in spite of the long dry time.
Kenny was the best reason for me to refer and call you back. also, the 99-125 for 3 rooms is the right cost to make it easy to call, and Kenny got some stains out that I thought ruined the carpet, and in another area, he told me he isn't sure there is much to do, and .... it all looks good! Kenny will be requested again when we do the rest of the house...
