This is the first time we have used Zerorez and are not just happy. but very very happy with how the rugs looked. We have always used the people with the rotary brush and they just never quite cleaned the carpet and I would suspect left quite a bit of cleaning residue in the carpet. Our rugs now look the brightest and cleanest they have ever been.
The technician Adam called in the morning, came when he said he would be here and did a fantastic job.
