The results seem very good - the stain removal was better than expected.

I do have one concern though. The technician asked if we wanted to do the stairway and hallway since he was there. It was not in the original budget we had planned so we declined. He continued trying to get us to do the hallway and stairs saying that his hose "could make a mess of the hallway and stairs." To our surprise, we did not think we should have to pay extra for his potential mess. This did leave us with a bit of a bad feeling. While the product seems great - I think this particular technician should either not make a mess or clean up his mess if he makes one. We should not be pressured into paying extra because he was going through that area.
