That you don't use any chemicals. We have a granddaughter who is 1 year old and spends the night at our home occasionally. I want her to be safe and free from all chemicals and I know we're doing that using Zerorez.
All residue comes out of the carpeting. Also, LOVE that all servicemen cover their shoes.

Mike returned to redo steps that I felt had not been cleaned well enough. He was very pleasant and got right to work on the stairs. I truly appreciate the response I got from the company. They were very willing to make things right. I would definitely use them again.

I like that it gets out stains and they don't come back. Also like the fact they don't use soaps when cleaning.
