I love the fact that your cleaning agent is not petroleum based, as most cleaning solutions leave an oily residue which only attracts dirt. Hence, I'm sure the very apt name zerorez. On time...personable...knowledgable! We had a morning scheduled time for the guys to come over. They were on time, very nice. When he went out to start the van to clean our carpets a brand-new belt broke. He could not start with the service. So he made a few phone calls and that van was towed away and my scheduled service time went from morning to late afternoon. They showed up again and got the job done! Very satisfied with the carpets, the large couch and steps that they cleaned. I will be hiring them for future services. A bit expensive but worth it!!! They even power washed my drive way because of the fluid that spilled out of the van when it broke down...very thoughtful...not everyone in this world pays attention to detail anymore and this company definitely did! Thanks =)
