Well first of all it was your representative. Very courteous and informative. His name was Josh. Secondly, he worked very hard. Our carpet had numerous pet stains and the high traffic area in the family room needed a lot of work. Josh took his time, and carefully worked to get both rooms clean. The carpets look the best they have ever looked. There were a couple of spots that remained, but Josh informed me of these. I will definitely use Zerorez again!

I like the way your technicians look at the carpet and can tell what's wrong and what to do about it the treatment for total care was a little expensive so I could not do that but understand about animals and what they do to carpets.

I attribute Zerorez with the fact that my carpet is 23 years old and still looking great! Because of the way they clean without soaps and/or chemicals that leave no residue behind, my carpet is living proof that their process prolongs the life of carpet. Also, they are only ones I trust cleaning my white cotton sofas which are also over 20 years old and still look great, too. If anyone else cleaned them, they would have yellowed long before now. The owners of Zerorez here in Denver truly care about the service you receive and want their customers to be 100% satisfied. I will never use anyone else.

I like the "softer" feeling of the carpet after it's cleaned - and the pleasant smell while the work is being done. I especially like the friendly fellow that came to our house, and for the way he explained things to me - why some things work better than others on certain spots, etc. We have 2 daughters that have also used your companies services and and are well satisfied.
