I did ask your technician if he were to park his truck in the driveway, would it leak and leave a stain? He indicate ... No. Yet when he left, there was an oil stain left from the truck - which I had to remove. I really was not expecting this!

I am not knowledgeable enough to comment on your products, but the service was great. The young man arrived early -- after calling to let us know he would be at our house in 20 minutes -- was personable, explained what he would be doing, and did a great job in about 90 minutes. He cleaned the living room and dining room and upstairs landing carpets as well as two flights of stairs. He was the best dressed carpet cleaner I have ever seen, quiet, polite, and informative. I would definitely use your firm again.
