I have got my carpet cleaned twice in one month due to pet odor and the smell has not changed much. Not sure if they took their time to clean the carpet.
I like that you don't use a soap solution on the carpet. I've always been very pleased with the service people doing the jobs very friendly & do a good job.

UPDATE: May 2016. Would 10 times since 2007 getting one's carpets cleaned count as loving their service. We get our carpets cleaned once a year. We tried once before with a chemical cleaning service which will never do again. Zerorez is easy to schedule and they arrive during the scheduled time. If you have a lot to be cleaned I would recommend getting them started in the morning. One time they came late in afternoon and finished after dark and my neighbors complained about the truck noise on the street. Their servicemen work very hard and work up a sweat getting it done. You can help them get the job down faster and better when you vacuum all the carpet to be cleaned. Take down/remove all the small breakable items on furniture. And move the heavy furniture out from walls. Then they spend their time cleaning faster. They clean and can also put down a fabric protection to block spills and dirt. It is will worth paying for the additional treatment especially if you have pets. When our cat has an accident on the carpet it is much easier to clean up. And when our dog did #1, Zerorez was able to get the stain out of the carpet and the pad underneath. UPDATE Mar 2018 We just got our annual cleaning of heavy foot & pet traffic areas and had another great job. Ask for and got first appointment of day and service tech arrived on time. Very prompt and efficient service. New this visit used 'black light' to find stains from pet 'accidents' for next clean up. Suggestion: get sliders to put under your furniture. It makes moving the items much easier during cleaning and for you later. Also protects carpet from stains after cleaning from furniture. UPDATE Apr 2019. We had an excellent annual carpet cleaning using coupons. Always a good deal. We also purchased from them a better product to spot clean spills and pet poop that doesn't leave a soap residue. Thanks.

Service was wonderful, made our living room rug look and smell great! Technician was prompt (early even!), kind, & knowledgeable. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
The person that came to do the cleaning was nice and very professional. The issue is the carpets were not clean and the rooms still smell. We do have dogs which was mentioned when I made the appointment, and was assured that the cleaning would get the hair out of the carpets. There weren’t any stains. Just hair and smell from the dogs being in the rooms. After the carpets were dry, we went to inspect them and the rooms still smelled very strong of dog. I wiped across the carpet near the wall and was able easily brush up a bundle of dog hair. I believe I should either be issued a refund due to the poor job your process does. I will be contacting you this week.

I like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals, that your products are environmentally friendly. I also appreciate the politeness and consideration of your technicians. They are respetcful not only of the homeowner, but of the homeowners belongings, making recommendations that will enhance the durability and life of the carpet after cleaning it.
