pricing could be better
I was given a free floor cleaning for my kitchen and the guy wouldn't do it because he said he might take the finish off, it is just tile. I'm really surprised if you offer to clean tile floors you would have a process that protect the floors.
The technician was informative and friendly. He gave us all options possible and got the job done timely. We would definitely use them again!

To be honest, I was a little let down by the appearance of my carpets. The front room with white carpet looked nice and the stain was removed, but upon returning home I honestly couldn't even tell that they other two rooms had been cleaned. I expected the carpet to be lifted and to see the pattern of the cleaning machine. It looked just like it did before. This carpet is good quality and only 2 years old so I am unsure why it didn't look better. It also had an odd brown sugar smell to it when finished. Because it didn't really look or smell clean I doubt I would use Zerorez again or recommend them. Sorry.
Really appreciate how soft the carpet is after cleaning, different than other chemical-using companies I've used.

The technicians (Dominique&John A+) were very professional, explained every detail of the carpet cleaning process and made sure I was satisfied with my service. This was my first time using Zerorez and from here on out my family and friends will continue to use Zerorez for all our carpet cleaning needs.
The service was excellent but the outcome is disappointing. My carpet and rug still has pet odor. I was willing to pay the extra price because I believed the smell would go away.

Started with the technician wearing shoe covers in from his car. Yard man had just mowed. I asked tech, “you wearing those inside?” Then he took quite a bit longer to do the job and the spots I paid extra for treatment of dog urine, still smell. He told me he didn’t have a black light. Just felt like we didn’t get the same great service we had the first time we used you.

Price and quality of work.
On time efficient and got the carpet really clean
My carpet was cleaned very well however, what started out as an $89 fee for 3 rooms ended up being $249 due to up charges for pet stains. It was also supposed to be for 3 rooms but the person doing the cleaning considered a small hallway as being a room. Also part of the offer was for 100 square feet of tile would be cleaned for no charge but the person doing the cleaning explained that the 100 square feet of tile I wanted cleaned ( my kitchen) would not cover the whole area and that there would be an exorbitant up charge to clean the remaining area. Due to the fact that my carpet turned out so well, I gave a 9 rating but I was disappointed with the experience.
You make my carpets really clean and stain free without chemicals. Love having a fresh house. Thank you!
