I had my carpet deodorized and deep cleaning on several spots and the house still smells. Also there is still a little dog throw up along the edge of the wall. I would like you to make my home smell fresh as you had guaranteed.

Eric was terrific but within a week, various places on all rooms do not look like they’ve been cleaned. I spent a lot of money and if the service cost me a great deal less, I would expect the results.
Had two areas roughly 3'x4' that looked great when the technician was freshly done but turned brown as the carpet dried. Not satisfied at all. This was a small job, but looks terrible.
Edward was very professional, informative and understanding. Considering the age of materials and wear and tear, the products were excellent, cleaning and restoring carpet and tile and tile grout.
i like that the carpet is mostly dry when done!!! it is not very wet!!! That is a big plus for me!!!

The lady I talked to wasn’t clear about the prices and my bill ended up costing me 3 times more expensive then what I had planned on and the carpet still has a funky odor. Tech was very nice and apologetic for the miss understanding.

This is the first time I've had zerorez do my tile. The cost was very high and I am disappointed in the results. The technician quoted a time frame that seemed quite long, but then finished much quicker. The floors/grout were not completely cleaned. My preference is to have them redone.

Actually, I want to lower my score, but it's locked--that's convenient--so a 3 is a generous score in my book.
First, our Tech was the best! He did the absolute best he could with the condition of our carpet. Now, I called you guys based on the commercials I hear on KLTY--you know, the three rooms for $89 (sometimes $99), and 100 square feet of tile cleaned too! That's a great line! Not sure how you guys are estimating the square footage of three rooms, but I can guarantee you the hallway, the stairs and my master bedroom don't equal the two-thirds of the square footage of three bedrooms (including the premium for cleaning stairs)--that's why I'd like to know how you're measuring the bedrooms. My budget for this project was the $89 plus tax. I wound up paying twice that much. For my family, that's two month's of budgeted repairs, not the one month I was expecting. Another way to look at it is I won't have the $90 to spend on repairs for June, so I'll have to put some of my repairs off until July. I had great hopes about this, and let me say we are very happy to have the top few layers of dirt and grime removed from the carpet. However, I guess you could say my expectations were dashed.
What you can do to make things right, is be TOTALLY upfront and HONEST about the cost of the cleaning services you offer, before the Tech arrives. Talk about the different treatments that are available and the cost BEFORE the Tech arrives. Instead of waiting until the day the Tech arrives to get the true cost, give it to me upfront so I can make a better decision--without the pressure of having to make an immediate decision.
