The work was just fine, however the furniture legs were all set up on small blue pieces of some sort and the furniture was all too heavy for me to lift. He knew I lived by myself without someone strong enough lift the heavy sofa, chair, etc. I would hope they would send some one back to get those pieces removed from the furniture legs after the carpet had dried in a day or so.You might make note of situations like that. Please do not send any more e mails asking for comments. Thank you.

Technician arrived on time and was very professional. Carpets and floors looked great after bring cleaned. I love the fact that Zerorez does not leave soap residue behind.

You were quick to set up an appointment for me just a few days after I called, kept me informed as to time and let me know when you were on your way. Your technician was courteous, considerate of my furniture, informative as to your services and pricing. It did take a little longer than 4 hours to dry even with my bedroom fans on high, but carpet was cleaned well.

We paid to have a chair cleaned that he was not able to get clean. After he left, I used some Woolite carpet and upholstery cleaner on it and it cleaned it.
If all the cleaning will do is only the lightest dirt, please let people know that before they agree to the service.

The technicians do a good job and are professional

Your guy cut corners and seemed to be more interested in up-selling us then doing the work. He spilt water all over our new hardwood floors and my wife had to clean it up. We were also informed that he was headed to our house at 3:30 and he didn’t arrive at our house until after 5. I don’t want to pay for the rooms he cut corners in and I don’t want to pay for the treatments he upsold me on... it seems to me that he is paid on upsells and not paid on the job he does for a client. Not a happy customer.
