I had asked to have the technician call me when he was done discuss if all the stains came out - no one called and when I called the office to ask him to call me - they said it could not be done.
When I got to the property there was a lot of stains not out and it would have been nice to be told why

I love how clean our carpets are now! I loved how thorough my technician was and how informative he was! I'm highly satisfied with my experience.
The only cons I see are: There was a certain food spot on two rooms of carpet that were unable to be removed fully. I understand that not every spot can be removed though and am not very upset since my carpets are cheap.
Also, when you say, "3 rooms for $99" -- people should understand that the price may change due to additional services needed. I ended up paying $400, which for how dirty my carpets were and how clean they are now, doesn't seem like an overly expensive price to pay. We had never had our carpets cleaned in six years and with a baby and 2 dogs, it was gross! This is why the amount I paid doesn't bother me.
Overall, I am highly satisfied and would hire Zerorez again.
Excellent job
I like the fact that no toxic chemicals are used and Zerorez stands by their work. They will re-clean the carpets if you are not happy, which is rare.
We had a recurring stain that showed up again after getting our carpets cleaned. I contacted Zerorez and they took care of it free of charge!

Your products do a great job at removing spots from the carpet. The cleaner who cleaned my carpets (Raymond) was awesome. He was on time extremely friendly and did an excellent job communicating to me with the job that needed to be done. He worked very hard at accomplishing a great job!!
